We offer specific services in connection with financing and the financial markets.

• Financial markets: we advise and assist companies, their directors and officers and their auditors in connection with disciplinary proceedings before the AMF, the French financial regulator and the ACP, the banking and insurance regulator. Cases may involve insider trading, price manipulation or misleading the market, for example.

• Financing: we provide debt renegotiation and restructuring advice and assistance for our clients, whether they are creditors (credit institutions, shareholders or partners, mezzanine funds) or borrowers.
